RETURN POLICY

You may return a product for a refund, store credit, or exchange within four weeks, if we shipped you the wrong product, or if it arrived defective or damaged, provided the returned item(s) is/are received back in its/their original packaging and condition.

Return instructions

Please notify us of your return at info@fmus.org, referencing your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please include your mailing address. We will ship you postage-paid packaging and a return label with clear indications of where to send your item(s).
